This is the perfect scale for weighing your large batch
oils, butters, really anything that you will be working with in the Oil
/ Wax Melter (Heater). Your efficiency is raised considerably due to the fact
you no longer will have to weigh a bucket dump it in, weigh again and so
forth. Just zero the scale and start pumping or putting in your raw
materials. Oh….and so much easier on the back too.
Description:
This is a very heavy duty scale designed to weigh large quantities of
Oils, Butters, Waxes and Soap, efficiently and quickly.
It will weigh up to 1000 lbs. (454 kg). Very accurate for weighing at
this high weight range, 0.02% or 0.2 lbs (90 g) at 1000 lbs. (454 kg).
The Oil - Wax Melter Scale is 24”x 24”x 5” High. (61cm x 61cm x 12.7cm)
It is encased in a heavy gauge, Stainless Steel enclosure.
Easy Operation; large 1" (2.54cm) high graphics digital display with
swivel mount. Pushbutton functions for automatic and keyboard tare with
memory locations, zero, net/gross, and multiple units conversion (lb,
kg, oz, troy, etc.)
The large easy to read display is LCD. Updates at 0.4 sec. Can be read
20’ away!

The perfect height for your
Pot Tipper, when used with the Oil
/ Wax Melter (Heater) Scale. Heavy duty, steel frame with a tough, baked on powder
coat, finish. Description:
The Oil - Wax Melter Scale has height adjustable
feet that can be anchored to the floor for maximum stability.
The Stand is made of welded, steel and is braced for
maximum support. It can hold up to 1500 lbs. (680kg). Heavy enough
for any of our melters.
The tough powder coating will protect your stand for
many years.
The stand is 28”x 28”x 36” high. (71cm x 71cm x
92cm) Height adjustable legs allow for 1.5” (4cm) more height.
Pad supports are provided for the Oil - Wax Melter
Scales.
If used with our
Pot Tipper
the ideal height is about 40” (102cm). When used with the Oil - Wax
Melter Scale the height is just right. If you are not yet ready to
get a scale for it, then you can simply block your Melter up with
two 30” long, 4x4s or Waterd up, 2x4s with a piece of plywood
attached to these.
Here is the Perfect Solution for continuous mixing of
any solution, from watery liquids to thick creams, from ice cold milk to
the hottest candle wax. If you need something special just ask.
Description:
The Single
Blade System is perfect for keeping the liquid evenly heated and to
prevent layering.
The Double Blade System is perfect for
incorporating liquids, herbs, or solids into the mix. No worries, mixing
air into your formula, gentle yet thorough.
This mixer is geared to have incredible torque and
power. Thick slurries such as lotions, creams, etc. are no problem.
The Slow Speed Mixer, is ideal for thick creams, lotions,
butters, beeswax, even fist sized chunks of M&P, oils, fragrances,
essential oils, or wax.
Please note: some of the wax or M&P must be liquid
so the blades don't jam and can turn freely.
The Impeller Blades are polypropylene, 3" (7.62")
wide, angled at 30 degrees.
The impeller blades are 22" (56cm) tip to tip.
The Shaft is milled 6" (15cm) in length at the center
point, to allow blade adjustment, up or down.
All fittings and shaft are Stainless Steel.
All parts including the motor channel, mount are made
of Food Grade Materials.
All parts are rated to 230 F (210C). The whole
assembly weighs only, 15 pounds (6kg), making it very easy to lift out
of the tank.
The lid is now hinged at one side (not shown) so you
simply lift the lid, to add ingredients or look in. The other side of
the lid, slips over the motor channel, mount and is easily and quickly
removed for full access.
There is Zero maintenance.
Specifications:
Operates on 120 volt current, drawing less than 2
amps.
The motor are designed for continuous duty. Motor is fully enclosed and moisture resistant.
The 8' (2.4m) cord is oil and chemical resistant.

This is a high R-value, highly reflective and

Your Jacket kit is pre-cut, top, bottom and side
panel. In about ten minutes you can have your jacket fitted, taped and
ready to go.
You kit includes plenty of heavy duty, reflective,
foil tape and instructions. All you need is a sharp knife or box
cutting knife.
Water, oils and heat will not affect its insulation
value.

polypropylene ball valve. Impervious to sodium or
potassium hydroxide. Liquid can flow either
horizontally or vertically. Comes set up for 90
degree, down dispensing.
Note:
For
those not familiar with the term
Ball Valve this is a valve, faucet
or means of controlling the flow of
liquid. A quick 1/4 turn and all
flow of liquid can be shut off. This
particular valve allows liquid to
quickly flow from a horizontal path
to a vertical path for dispensing
into vessels or into individual
molds. We can supply as an option,
reduction fittings for small cavity
molds.

just getting into filling bottles and
not quite ready for our
Easy Fill Bottler,
this is a great way to start.
For Candles
or M&P (Glycerin Soap) this will save
considerable time on filling molds or
small cavity soap molds.
This is much
more efficient than pouring into a
container and then into a bottle or
mold.
Fits right
into our 1 1/2" (38mm) Ball Valve and
allows you to turn the 1 1/2" valve
fully on and adjust fluid flow or cut
the flow on and off, with the smaller
1/2" (13mm) Ball Valve.
Specifications:
Reduction
from 1 1/2" (38mm) Ball Valve to a 3/8"
(10mm)flow.

assembled, no pipe cement or teflon tape

Instructions for using Ball Valve
Reducer:
Thread the reducer
into the ball valve, hand tight, so
it is easy to remove. Plastic to
plastic makes a good seal and does
not need to be extremely tight.
Make
sure the reducer valve is closed.
Open the
big ball valve and then start
dispensing, using the small ball
valve on the reducer.
When you
are done, close the big valve and
unscrew the reducer.
Open the
small valve and run a dowel rod or
twist up a piece of rag and run
through it to clean most of the wax,
lotion, etc. Wash, and you are ready
for the next batch.
